I very quickly developed a passion for this industry when I watched my boyfriend, Patrick Gregoire, who is now 2010 JR. MR. Canada compete last year in multiple bodybuilding competitions, also a client of Craig & Jewels at ContestPrep.ca Physique Consulting & Personal Training. After seeing all those beautiful girls on stage looking so fit, toned and healthy, I knew this was how I wanted my body to look like and it was the industry that I wanted to get into! I am new to the sport but have never felt so much in my element. I am ready to push myself beyond my limits to reach my goals. I would love to keep competing and pushing my body to new levels for as long as it allows me.
