Stacy Goldsworthy
- 2011 MABBA Provincial Medium Figure Champion
- 2011 MABBA Novice Medium Figure Champion

Stacy began her journey with health and fitness 3 years ago when she weighed herself at 180 lbs, and realized that it time to revamp her lifestyle. She was determined to shed the weight and get back on track. Over the next 2 years, she accomplished just this, and successfully lost 40 lbs, but this only peeked her interest to do more. Her husband encouraged her to take it to the next level, and she said, "Who better then ContestPrep.ca to help me on my way?!" She signed up with Craig and Julie early in 2010, and within 3 months saw a dramatic change in her body. It was at that moment Stacy knew this is what she was meant to do, and made the decision to compete. With the same determination, she took the next year to build and develop her winning physique with ContestPrep.ca!

Special Thanks: Firstly, a HUGE thank you to my trainers Julie and Craig (ContestPrep.ca). With their help and continued encouragement, I have finally realized that with hard work and true determination, anything can be achieved. I have fallen in love with this sport and plan to continue working with them to help me reach my fitness goals.

Second, to my Husband John, who has been by my side from day 1. He not only has put up with all the ups and downs, but as added encouragement, followed right next to me in training and diet, and making sure I stayed on track.

Lastly to my family and friends who have been so supportive and understanding, every step of the way.
