Proffession: Outside of bodybuilding I am an RN BN and practice in the Emergency Department. I am 33, happily married, and of course I could not have accomplished anything at all without the loving support of my wife. I have been bodybuilding for 19 years, actively competing since 2004. Happily I won the superheavy weight title and the Manitoba provincial overall title thanks in part to Craig's contest preparation guidence. I came in leaner and dryer and retained more fullness then the rest of the competition. I won by only one point, and it was the dieting plan ultimately that made all the difference as my conditioning was one of the deciding factors, as was presentation (which Craig helped me with as well). I will continue to use ContestPrep.ca, as I see no reason why to mess with success!
